Refund & Return Policy – SY Foods

At SY Foods, we are committed to delivering fresh and high-quality food products. Due to the nature of food items, returns are accepted only under specific circumstances.


Returns


Returns are accepted only if:
The product received is damaged or leaking.
A wrong product has been delivered.
The product is expired at the time of delivery.
To request a return, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the product and package.


Refunds


After verifying your request:
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or UPI.


Non-Returnable Items


For hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
Opened or used products.
Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
Change of mind or personal preference.
